I heart LiveJournal. And though I've been terrible at keeping up with my own journal, I've decided to start a new one...this one right here. My other journal is now a private one and for mine eyes only. I want to thank everyone who visited and commented on my work - your feedback always meant a lot. I'll be reposting my old work here, or at least the ones that don't make me cringe. Also, I will be posting my own scans, and, of course, anything that comes to mind. Stick around if you dare! I won't censor myself, I'll be blunt, and some people might get offended by what I say. But you know what? That's one of the main reasons I started this place - for me. Here I can be as unhinged and candid as I please to be, whereas in other parts of the web such as message boards/forums I can't be. Join in sometime by leaving comments! If you don't agree with me, and/or you're only here for the scans (LOL) that's totally fine, too.

Two of my favorites below the cut.

*sings* ...to going against the grain, going insane, going MAAAAAAAD / to loving tension, no pension, to more than one dimension...

I'm a huge musical lover. I think it would be fun (and so amusing) if ordinary people broke out into song and dance. I'm still waiting for that to happen someday. I'm deluded. Anyway, Rent (the movie) is one of my absolute favorites. During my freshman year I took a music appreciation course not knowing that it was going to be one my favorite classes ever. Anyway, right around the time the commercial spots for Rent started airing on television, my instructor showed us a recorded version of Puccini's, La Bohème. I was mesmerized (By an opera! In foreign language!) And since the movie is based on said opera, it made me want to go and see it more than I had already been itching to. I wasn't able to catch it in theaters, but I rented it the day it was released on DVD. I fell in love with it and I rant out to buy the two-disc special edition soon thereafter. I highly recommend it. I must still go and see it live on stage someday. *sigh* Above is a clip of one of what is probably my favorite song in the movie, "La Vie Boheme."

Kirsten Storms

She's my favorite actress. Ever. Yes ever. I flove her. She's cool, charismatic, cute, and (continuing with my random 'c' theme) has some serious acting chops. Here's a 2003 Soap Opera Digest scan. There's loads more where that came from so if you're a fellow Kiki fan stay tuned!

My favorite actress too! This will be refreshing to see :). You know I'll be reading your ramblings (and probably will agree with a lot of them).
